MCX Nickel is trading in a rising channel since May 2021, and recently it observed a correction on the daily timeframe. Currently, the base metal is trading in-between the daily moving averages, where trend line support also exists. The support range is placed at 1438-1426, which are the levels of the trend line and 20 DEMA. The further downside can only be observed if the base metal trades below the mentioned support range on a closing basis. The occurrence of the same will take nickel towards the lower end of the channel, which is at 1389.
